Texas Trade Intel (“we”, “us”) provides custom market intelligence reports about publicly listed businesses. This policy explains what data we collect from you as a customer and how we use it.
What we collect
- Your email address (so we can deliver your report)
- Your report configuration: buyer type, trades, counties, data tier
- Payment metadata from Stripe (transaction ID, payment status — not card numbers)
- Basic server logs (IP, user-agent, request paths) for security and abuse prevention
How we use it
- To build and deliver the report you ordered
- To process payment and issue refunds via Stripe
- To email you the download link when your report is ready
- To respond to support requests
We do not sell your email address. We do not send marketing email unless you have explicitly opted in.
Subprocessors
We use the following service providers to run Texas Trade Intel:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Vercel — hosting
- Supabase — database and file storage
- Apify — Google Maps data collection
- Resend — transactional email
Report contents
The contractor data inside each report comes from public Google Maps business listings and publicly accessible business websites. It is information businesses have chosen to publish about themselves. If you are a business owner and would like a listing excluded from future reports, email us and we will honor your request.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and any data associated with it. Email support@texastradeintel.com with your request and we'll respond within 7 days.
