By ordering a report from Texas Trade Intel you agree to these terms. Keep it simple: we deliver the report you configured, you use the data lawfully, and we'll refund you if you're not happy.

What you're buying

A one-time, custom market intelligence report covering the trades, counties, and data tier you selected at checkout. The report is delivered as an Excel workbook (.xlsx) and CSV via a 7-day signed download link sent to the email you provided.

Data source and accuracy

Reports are built from live Google Maps business listings and publicly accessible business websites. We do our best to deliver accurate, up-to-date data, but business listings change constantly. We cannot guarantee every record is current at the moment of delivery.

Acceptable use

You may use the data inside your report for business research, sales prospecting, marketing analysis, and similar legitimate business activities. You may not:

• Resell the raw report data or republish it as your own product
• Use the data to send spam or to violate any anti-spam law (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, etc.)
• Use the data to harass, threaten, or defame any business or person
• Attempt to identify, target, or attack individual employees outside of standard B2B outreach

Refunds

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your report for any reason, email us within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. See our full refund policy for details.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the report. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the report data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
